  • Great Work

Worked with a very talented team at O.C Tanner and expert partners to launch Great Work. We conducted the largest-ever study of award-winning work including studying thousands of accounts, doing hundreds of interviews, and intensive survey research. Together we analyzed the research, wrote and published Great Work, a New York Times best selling book. We also developed The Great Work Experience, an experiential workshop for engaging individuals and teams in doing great work.

    Utah Business Magazine

Year after year, Utah ranks as the worst state in the nation for women’s equality. It’s a statistic that, while disheartening, should motivate change—and this year’s 30 Women to Watch are doing just that. The following movers and shakers are starting, managing, growing, or otherwise furthering the work of their companies and making Utah’s future brighter by making it more female.
